Where does the rescue money actually go?
A cut of every order goes to dog rescue organizations in York, Pennsylvania, our hometown. It funds the unglamorous stuff that gets dogs adopted: vet bills, food, transport.
What does it taste like?
Smooth and balanced, never bitter or burnt. Each roast has its own personality: check the one-line flavor note on every bag, from bright and citrusy to dark-chocolate cozy. If you can't decide, the bundle exists for exactly this reason.
Whole bean or ground: which should I get?
Whole bean if you own a grinder (it stays fresher, and you get the counter-theater). Ground if you want zero extra steps; it's ground for a standard drip or pour-over. Pick your format on any product before adding to cart.
How much caffeine is in a cup?
About 100–150mg per 8oz cup, which is normal coffee territory. The difference is the curve: our roasts are built for steady, even energy, not a spike and a crash.
